The Battle River Innovation Centres have been established to assist workers and individuals with job search activities and employment related training, coaching, and supports.

Our centres can assist you in preparing the information required for:

  • Job search activities
  • Coaching on resumes/cover letters and other employment related aspects
  • Arranging career assessment and career planning assistance as needed
  • Organizing skills training and/or education workshops

Employment Supports – Coaching

These coaching services are in place for those who are looking for work or training and support. The Employment Coaching services will provide a place to help individuals find work and provide the necessary access to one-to-one employment related coaching.

​Importantly, our staff are dedicated and empathetic individuals with a bundle of knowledge and experience. We also work closely with our clients to refer them to professional employment counsellors if and when appropriate.

Employment Supports – Training

Services ranging from information regarding the current job market, to writing a resume, and finding out where to look for employment. The training is designed to provide the necessary tools and learning to provide the required direction towards finding suitable employment.

Our friendly staff will coordinate, provide information and refer appropriately on the following services and workshops:
